The founder
Eleftheria Georganti is the founder of Iambus Consulting. With over 15 years of experience working as a Program Manager in the fields of audio and acoustic design, signal processing, virtual reality, for HW & SW for medical and consumer electronic applications, Eleftheria brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
She has background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a strong research record during her PhD, postdoc, and industrial research (with more than 30 publications and patents and approximately 400 citations). She has led interdisciplinary teams and has long experience in joint hardware-software product development in early exploration activities leading to top-quality products for the end customers.

Distance detection
A method for estimating the distance between a person talking and a microphone using audio recordings employing traditional digital signal processing and AI methods.
The method successfully implemented in a commercial teleconference application for Around, bought by Miro (detecting which laptop is closer to a person speaking when multiple laptops are present in the room)
Sound cleaning
A method for cleaning a sound signal from noise and or reverberation. Algorithm development and audio recordings database creation.
Teleconference audio algorithms
Algorithm development for teleconference systems (audio enhancement)
Sound localization
A method for estimating in which azimuth angle is a sound source located with respect to the listener for hearing aid applications.
ISO for hearing aids
Development of methods for the evaluation of hearing instruments for standarization. Participation in the standarization comittee.

Authored over 10 grant applications, encompassing a range of prestigious programs such as Innosuisse, the EU EIC Accelerator, EU Marie Curie, and DAAD. Demonstrating a high success rate, these efforts have successfully secured funding exceeding 4 Million Euros.
